Paper Organization, deadlines and Submission guidelines:

• Full paper should be limited to the 4.000 words plus illustrations
• Deadline for abstract submission: November 7, 2009
• Deadline for full submission: January 27, 2010
• Notification of acceptance: February 07, 2010
• Deadline for final papers: March 17, 2010
• Invited speakers, are kindly requested to author articles (4.000 words plus illustrations) submitted by no later than February 07, 2010
• MS word format Times New Roman 12, illustrations 18x24cm 300dpi
• Please submit articles in PDF format to follow author’s setup concept and facilitate design conference reports
• Papers and Presentations will be in Arabic or English

Publications of papers and manuscripts:

• Abstracts of no more than 300 words should be submitted no later than November 7th, 2009. Abstracts should clearly state the
  purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper. Abstracts will be distributed during the conference
  with the delegates package
• Proceedings of final papers will be published and sent after the conference
• Papers may still be accepted for oral presentation shortly before the conference takes place. It may not however, always be
  possible to include late Papers in the Conference Proceedings. Instead, late Papers may be published in a future edition of the
  Conference Book Series

• Papers are invited on the topics outlined and others falling within the scope of the Conference
• We strongly encourage the submission of abstracts electronically,
  by clicking on "Registration". Also, abstracts can be sent by email, fax (+966-1-880-8813) or mail to the Conference Secretariat. Please include your name, email and full address and
  conference topic on all submissions
• Final acceptance will be based on the full-length paper, which if accepted for publication, must be presented at the conference. To be
  fair to all participants, each registered delegate will only be able to submit one paper. The language of the conference will be
  Arabic and English
• Outstanding papers presented at FCUAHIC will be published by OIC Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA) Istanbul
• In addition to being distributed to delegates at the time of registration, the hardcover volume will be publicized directly to researchers and institutional libraries and distributed widely through the feasible channels
• Poster Sessions: Each exhibit should be presented with four posters size A-1 with vertical orientation, and, as an addition with 5 minute long PP or video presentation
